How to make matte paintings

To start making matte paintings , we have to understand the purpose of making this painting.some people want to make background for twitter, you tube or films .the size of the matte painting depends on where it will gonna use. we have to brainstorm the topic a theme of painting.

lets make a matte painting of panda house , theme.

1. First we have to import the images of panda and jacket in to the photo shop,or any other image editing software.
2. after importing the images , select the panda face by using the select tool from the tool box menu .
3. Now we have to make new file as size can be 1024 *1024,.or as required .
   
4. The selected panda face layer , now click move tool from the tool box and move the panda face to new page just before we have created.name it panda face layer.
5. Now press the new layer button to create new layer name it jacket of panda,or as you like.
6. By using move tool drag the image to the new page and placed the below the panda face , if jacket layer is above the panda face layer drag it down.
7. Now we have to import the house , and placed it by creating new layer on the file.
8. Now we have to use filters, like blur effects , use at needed .
9. Now final step is to save the file , we can save file into j peg,b mp,g if,.p n g , use the appropriate file extensions.
